Salary: $140,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmental Information clearance, with SCI eligibility.
• We are seeking at least 10 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
• We need at least 5 years of experience working for or alongside national-level intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• We require a minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge supporting special operations intelligence.
• We are looking for experience supporting the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
• Experience supporting Special Operations Forces is strongly preferred.
• We expect proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theories, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• We require at least 5 years of recent experience using analytic tools developed within the last 5 years.
• We need at least 3 years of experience writing formal finished intelligence products such as white papers, targeting packages, or serialized assessments.
• We require at least 4 years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel/O-6 or GS-15 level, or above.
• We expect knowledge and recent hands-on experience with all-source intelligence tools, including message traffic databases, fused intelligence analysis and visualization platforms, geospatial analysis tools, and SIGINT analysis tools.
• We expect proficiency with standard commercial software and web browsers, including office productivity suites and SharePoint.
• Recent experience with specialized tools such as CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite, QLIX, and DATAMINR is highly desirable.
• We require successful completion of pre-employment qualifications.
• We require U.S. citizenship.

• We evaluate intelligence reporting across all disciplines, including GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, cyber, and SOF intelligence activities, to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and develop collection and information requirements.
• We refine essential elements of information, specific information requirements, and priority intelligence requirements to support commander critical information requirements and SOF mission planning and execution.
• We produce analytic deliverables based on our research and conclusions and collaborate with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community partners to maintain shared situational awareness.
• We identify intelligence gaps and coordinate their conversion into intelligence or collection requirements to address current and emerging needs.
• We assess intelligence gathered in response to requirements and ensure all available sources are fully exploited through engagement with unit specialists, the Intelligence Community, and other government agencies.
