Position Overview:
The Brand Promotions Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns . This role is essential in delivering successful brand activations, live events, and marketing initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning amp; Execution:

  • Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and setup
  • Manage event displays, signage, and promotional materials
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of events and trade shows
  • Track event timelines, budgets, and expenses
  • Monitor inventory and maintain promotional materials and equipment
  • Support on-site execution of live events and brand activations
  • Ensure all events run smoothly from start to finish

Team Collaboration amp; Communication:

  • Support event staff and assist team members with tasks
  • Maintain clear and consistent internal communication
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and event updates
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with management on marketing strategies and promotions

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in brand promotions, event marketing, or public relations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Education:
