Must-Have: Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini, SSO/SAML) Strong experience with collaboration platforms (Smartsheet, Lucidchart) Hands on scripting & automation skills (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM) Security and governance implementation (DLP, data residency, conditional access, OAuth, compliance controls) Experience with large scale, global rollouts or enterprise migrations (e.g., M365 Google Drive) Knowledge of IT asset management and license optimization Integration experience with enterprise systems (Workflow automation across departments)
Good-to-Have: Leadership experience in managing or guiding technical teams (Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical direction, and act as the escalation point.) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Comfortable working with leadership, InfoSec, Compliance, IAM, and cross functional teams.)
