Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join our growing fabrication team in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom cabinetry, fixtures, displays, and architectural millwork with a focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry, fixtures, displays, and millwork components.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Cut, fabricate, laminate, and finish materials according to project requirements.
- Assemble and install hardware, moldings, veneers, and specialty components.
- Collaborate with project managers, shop supervisors, and fabrication teams to meet deadlines.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
