This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, serving as the operational hub for an internal creative function. The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing the workflows that connect internal teams, agency partners, and freelance resources across seasonal campaign development, asset production, and go-to-market execution. This role reports to the Director of Global Brand Marketing and is based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management across the marketing and creative teams, with a strong focus on DTC, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly defined and consistently met.
  • Build, implement, and maintain workflows, communication protocols, and project tracking systems that bring structure to a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Embed within the content creation process to ensure seasonal strategy translates into compelling, on-brand creative output.
  • Oversee seasonal campaign development end-to-end, from strategy and shot list development through post-production, representing the brand on set to ensure alignment with creative direction.

  • Experience managing creative agency and freelance relationships end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated tenure and upward growth within organizations; candidates with a track record of promotion are preferred.
  • Genuine passion for brand, craftsmanship, and heritage-driven categories.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
