Payrate: $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
As a key contributor to the work group, you will engage in L4/L5 system integration tasks to address issues related to technology, components, products, and processes. You will lead Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) projects and facilitate relevant L3-led CPI projects, ensuring project completion within time, cost, and quality constraints. Your role involves working on cost-value tradeoffs with internal customers and process partners, and collaborating significantly with 3500 Marine Product Definition and A&I partners, as well as performance, system & controls, component engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality process partners.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $36.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
