What This Role Really Is

This is more than a treatment room position.
You’ll be part of a team that’s focused on:

• Results-driven skincare (not just relaxing facials)
• Building real client relationships and trust

• Supporting each other and the overall flow of the spa

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Performing customized facials and waxing services based on client needs
• Creating treatment plans and guiding clients toward real results
• Rebooking clients and building long-term relationships
• Confidently recommending retail and home care
• Supporting front desk and client experience during slower times
• Keeping your space clean, organized, and professional
• Showing up on social media (or being willing to learn)

This Is NOT for You If

• You’re looking for something temporary
• You don’t enjoy educating clients or recommending products
• You’re not comfortable waxing
• You prefer working completely independently
• You don’t want to help with cleaning or team responsibilities
• You’re not open to growth, feedback, or being part of a team

Requirements

• Active Ohio Esthetician License
• 1+ year experience preferred (but open to the right fit)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Willingness to grow, learn, and support the team

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
