We are seeking a motivated Event and Promotions Assistant to join our Events and Promotions division . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotions, and trade show management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing trade shows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
• Oversee setup and breakdown of displays and promotional materials
• Manage inventory and event materials
• Track and maintain event timelines, budgets, and expenses
• Support on-site execution to ensure successful event delivery from start to finish
• Support and guide event staff and team members
• Maintain clear and efficient internal communication
• Assist in training new team members and provide input on marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Strong ability to follow instructions and take initiative
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment

Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
