Position Type: Full-Time, Effective August 2026

de Toledo High School, a vibrant and innovative independent high school, is looking for a dynamic Hebrew teacher who has knowledge of and passion for teaching Hebrew as a second language effective August 2026. We are seeking candidates with experience in teaching at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Teach up to five (5) Hebrew classes
• Meet responsibilities set forth by department chair and school administration

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in Education or equivalent
• Teaching credential preferred
• Ability to teach all levels
• 3+ years teaching Hebrew in a Jewish day school in America at High School/ Middle School level.

• Knowledge of Hebrew as a native language.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Commitment to professional development
• Proficient with 21st-century technology applications for classroom learning
• Knowledge of differentiation and language acquisition challenges

Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000 DOE + Benefits
