Travel within your assigned region for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
Monitor HVAC market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Maintain accurate account updates and sales activity using CRM tools

Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry
Experience working with HVAC distributors, contractors, or dealer networks
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry terminology

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Valid driver’s license
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred
