Our Real Assets (RA) unit is seeking an Investment Officer I (Junior Investment Analyst) to support private markets investment activities. In this role, you will assist with asset management, investment analysis, and market research while building foundational experience within the Infrastructure team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with asset management by gathering data, reviewing reports, and helping monitor portfolio activity
  • Supporting investment reviews by conducting research and preparing analysis for new private-market opportunities
  • Contributing to strategic plans and research by sourcing, organizing, and summarizing data on sectors, markets, and trends
Telework Information : This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).
