Job Description

This Mail Service Associate Position Features:
• Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
• Arden Hills, MN
• Great Pay to $17/hr

Description:
- Responsible for regular customer interactions at front counter within mail center/copy room.
- Sort, prep and scan incoming mail, process outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain supply inventory, fulfill customer supply orders, refill supplies throughout customer space
- Answer phone call and emails, provide excellent customer service in all customer and vendor interactions
- Packages weighing up to 50 pounds could require moving/processing.

Qualification:
- Requires high school diploma, or GED
- 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good PC skills
