Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, process-driven Order Picker to join our team for a mid-shift position. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their accuracy and are looking for a structured environment where quality is valued over raw speed. Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Pay: $19.00/hr Requirements: Pre-employment background check and lab drug screen required.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately selecting products within the warehouse to fulfill orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safe operation of an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) or Stock Chaser.
- System Usage: Utilizing RF Scanners to track inventory and confirm picks (experience preferred, but we will train).
- Process Adherence: Following defined workflows strictly to ensure inventory integrity and "first-time" accuracy.

- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 35lbs
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
