**Job Title:** Parking Attendant
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the flow of vehicles in our parking facility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and organization of the parking area while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage the entry and exit of vehicles in the parking facility.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure vehicles are parked in designated spots and comply with parking regulations.
- Provide clear and accurate directions and information to visitors about parking policies and facility amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the parking area by reporting any hazards, damages, or maintenance needs.
- Assist in guiding drivers to available parking spaces during peak times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any parking-related issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve parking processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
