Join Our Team as a Plumbing & HVAC Counter Sales Associate!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of full-time Plumbing & HVAC Counter Sales (and some Inside Sales) Associate in and around Sioux Falls, SD. Experience preferred.

Your Mission:
As a Plumbing & Heating Counter Sales Associate, you'll be a pivotal part of our success story by enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efficient assistance will guide both walk-in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring the products they need.

Daily Opportunities Include:
Here's a glimpse of your everyday tasks:

• Take orders at the counter and enter them accurately into the system.
• Swiftly solve customer issues or engage the right team member to resolve them.
• Retrieve orders from our warehouse with precision and speed.
• Attend product training meetings to stay in the know.
• Contribute to after-hours scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Dive into company-sponsored sales promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments for swift resolution of customer service matters.

• A commitment to maintaining clean and appealing merchandising and counter areas.
• While not required, prior wholesale distribution knowledge and plumbing/HVAC experience are a plus.

• Availability from Monday to Friday (7 AM to 5 PM) with overtime opportunities.
