Qualified Medication Aide – Senior Living
$20.60–$24.72/hour | Part- Time 
Wittenberg Village | Independent Residential and Assisted Living

Wittenberg Village, part of a faith-based, mission-driven organization, is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide to support residents in our assisted living community. This is a full-time, overnight position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and company policies
  • Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Accurately document care and medication administration
  • Support residents’ independence, dignity, and overall well-being
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Indiana QMA license
  • Insulin Certification 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living or related setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with older adults
