Job Description

We are looking for organized, friendly and hardworking people for our front of house. Some of the things that you will be doing are supporting the team with bussing dishes, flipping tables, running food and drink orders, keeping up with the seasonal menu changes, closing out tables, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and overall providing a great experience to our guests. You will also be responsible for keeping all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean and safe working conditions with compliance to Health Department Regulations.

We train from the ground up because we want to ensure the organizational culture we deeply value. There is also room to move up to server or bartender if you showcase urgency and a genuine interest in growing with the our team. Looking for both part-time and full-time. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server assitant or barback in a high volume restaurant
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems (POS) 
• Willing to take on challenges with a supportive team
• Ability to take constructive criticism and has the motivation to improve
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner with a sense of urgency 
• Communicative and have service knowledge 
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
