We are seeking a UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) to join our team. This role will involve designing, implementing, and configuring workforce management solutions using Kronos/UKG platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), workforce modules, and large-scale implementations, along with a passion for optimizing workforce systems.

Job Description:

The UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) will be responsible for implementing and optimizing workforce management solutions. This UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) role requires strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central and its modules. The UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful deployments. This UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) position includes leading implementations, managing integrations, and ensuring system performance. The ideal UKG Functional Consultant (Kronos Workforce Management) will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

• Design, implement, and configure Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) solutions
• Work with modules including Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, and Workforce Attendance
• Configure new features in WFC version 8.0 such as Navigators

Project Leadership:

• Lead at least two full-scale Kronos WFC implementations for multinational clients
• Perform business requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, and testing
• Ensure successful delivery across project phases

Integration & Technical Setup:

• Configure Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for system integrations
• Manage Kronos clock configurations (4500 and InTouch terminals) using Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Setup Data Manager (SDM)
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work with cross-functional teams including client stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors
• Communicate effectively with senior executives and project sponsors
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and status updates

Problem Solving & Optimization:

• Analyze and resolve system issues and configuration challenges
• Optimize workforce management processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) design, implementation, and configuration
• Hands-on experience with WFC version 8.0 modules (Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Navigators)
• Proven experience leading at least 2 large-scale implementations
• Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Workforce Device Manager (WDM), and Setup Data Manager (SDM)
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field
• Experience working in multinational environments
• Familiarity with UKG platform enhancements and cloud integrations
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
