About The Role

The Workplace Experience Coordinator role isat the forefront of delivering a positive, best-in-class office experience as acultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader.

As part of a "front-of-house" team, you willbe responsible for providing excellent service and crafting a comfortableatmosphere by greeting visitors while supporting all employee-facing services.

This is a fully onsite Monday-Friday

Role 7:00AM-10:00PM (Typically an 8.5 hour dayscheduled within these hours of operation with flexibility required when earlyor after-hours event support is needed).

What You'll Do

  • Enthusiastically greets employeesand announces clients and visitors. Issues visitor passes. Receives andtransfers incoming calls to appropriate parties.
  • Provides coordination and supportfor delivery of workplace services like Reception, Switchboard Room Management,Mailroom Organization and package deliveries, A/V Support, Meeting and eventmanagement, Supplies restock on multiple floors, Supply ordering and inventorymanagement, Meeting and events coordinatio, Equipment Care, etc.
  • Maintains awareness of theworkspace. Work closely with other vendors to maintain and safe and comfortableenvironment
  • Responds to customer requests andfeedback with accurate and detailed information according to specific requestsvia email, slack and in-person.
  • Collects, sorts and distributesmail and packages from delivery locations to a central mail room as well asdesignated desk areas on-site.
  • Follows security and emergencyprocedures as defined for the property. Responds to emergencies in a calm,efficient manner. Acquires appropriate assistance and makes appropriatenotifications by operating procedures.
  • Completes assigned project tasksusing data analyzation to complete tasks or projects related to workplaceorganization based on client requirements

What You'll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $00,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
