The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

The Onsite Coordinator supports all aspects of the Early Careers and Campus solution, with a focus on candidate engagement, coordination and facilitation of on site, in person events. The onsite coordinator supports activities in relation to recruitment attraction, post offer and keep warm engagement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

Skills & Experience

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in-house, or in RPO, in a role ideally focused on early careers and campus recruitment coordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment. Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually apprised and updated on the relevant processes

Nice to haves

  • Experience in liaising with external vendors to support event coordination
  • Experience in designing, delivering and/or facilitating soft skills and employability training sessions
  • Understanding of compliance and legislation
  • Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build a network and provide great market insights to clients and different workstreams

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is CL1 Coordinator: 41,990 - 55,300. CL2 Coordinator 62,130 - 81,800. Plus applicable benefits.
