Job Description

Our client, the global digital team of a well-known CPG company, is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Change Management Lead to oversee the transition of creative production from an fully external agency model to a hybrid internalized model. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of Creative Operations and Business Enablement. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to ensure a seamless transition in E2E creative production process as well as to drive employee adoption & satisfaction.

This role will be 40 hours per week for 12 months and be largely onsite at their office in Overland Park, KS.

Change Management Lead Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Operational Infrastructure -Partner with the Strategic Creative Services team to implement new project management tools and asset management systems.

-Support the onboarding of stakeholders and new hires to ensure knowledge sharing and process adoption.

-Develop "Service Level Agreements" (SLAs) in partnership with our project management team for internal departments to manage expectations.

Phase 2: Pilot & Implementation -Lead the "soft launch" of the internal studio, gathering feedback and iterating on workflows.

-Manage the phasing out of external agency support without loss of institutional knowledge or drop in continuity.

-Facilitate training sessions for internal "clients" (marketing, product, etc.) on how to work with the new team.

Phase 3: Optimization & Scaling -Establish KPIs to measure the success of the internalization (efficiency, cost-savings, quality).

-Assist in cost benefit analysis of rest of world scaling.

-Formalize business case for incremental resourcing necessary for global scaling.

Change Management Lead Experience & Background

Our client is looking for a "builder" who has a proven track record of navigating complex organizational shifts.

-Change Management Expertise: 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations.

-Creative/Agency Context: Direct experience working within or for a creative agency, in-house studio, or production house. You must speak the "language" of designers, editors, and producers as well as their business counterparts.

-Stakeholder Diplomacy: A master of influence who can manage "high-friction" transitions, balancing the needs of protective internal stakeholders and departing external partners.

-Operational Mindset: Experience with Creative Resource Management (CRM) or Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) and how these tools impact human behavior.

-Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, FAQs, and executive presentations that simplify complex transitions.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
