Position Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team at the AESC Battery Plant. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Schedule & Shifts Available

6:00 am - 6:30 pm Friday- Sun
2:00 pm -10:30 pm Mon - Fri wkds as needed
6:00 pm - 6:30 am Fri - Sun

Pay Rate

$14.50 per hour
No shift premium

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces in industrial areas
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Report maintenance or safety issues to management

Qualifications

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift

PPE & Dress Code

Standard PPE required (details provided on-site)
Standard work attire required
