Hotel Curator
Location: Ocala, FL (relocation available)
Compensation: $80K+ (Negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
Our client is seeking a Hotel Curator to oversee the visual presentation, merchandising standards, and overall appearance of guest-facing environments across hotels, event spaces, retail locations, and public areas.
This is a highly visible role that is responsible for executing the brand vision, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all spaces consistently reflect a luxury experience.
What You'll Do
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the property
• Coordinate floor sets, resets, displays, and seasonal updates
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of hotels, event spaces, retail areas, and public spaces to ensure presentation standards are maintained
• Identify and correct items that have been moved, damaged, worn, or no longer meet brand standards
• Monitor furniture, décor, artwork, displays, finishes, fixtures, and guest-facing environments
• Photograph and document issues requiring attention and coordinate resolution with department leaders and design teams
• Track inventory and request replacement items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the property
• Partner with operations, retail, events, facilities, and design teams to support brand consistency
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of visual merchandising, luxury retail, brand presentation, gallery management, interior presentation, or related experience
• Strong eye for visual presentation, organization, and detail
• Experience maintaining luxury brand standards in guest-facing environments
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
