Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Modesto, CA

Schedule: Varies

Pay Rate: $17.25/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in Modesto, CA. This role is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals and timelines
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules
