This is not a stand-in-the-well bartending job.

Some days you’re running a clean, controlled bar service. Other days, you’re in the middle of a 100-person event, managing volume, flow, and guest experience in real time.

We’re looking for bartenders who can read a room, control a station, and stay present with guests — not just make drinks.

Hell’s Kitchen Pickleball Club is a private, hospitality-driven athletic club in NYC. We operate with a service-first mindset built on clean execution, awareness, and real guest interaction.

This is a hybrid bartending position. Some shifts are straight bar service. Others are private events.

You need to be comfortable doing both.

• Execute daily bar service with speed, consistency, and awareness
• Work in private events ranging from 20 to 100+ guests
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized bar at all times
• Read the room and adjust service style based on pace and volume
• Produce cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
• Stay engaged with guests while working, not buried in the well
• Support event setup, service flow, and breakdown

Service standard is simple: acknowledge quickly, serve cleanly, and stay aware of the room

• 2+ years of bartending experience
• Comfortable in both standard service and high-volume event environments
• Strong communication and team awareness
• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Professional, reliable, and consistent

• Hourly + tips

• Flexible mix of daytime, evening, and event-driven shifts
